hi everyone! sorry for the delayed monday lookbook - i only just got back from florida this afternoon. it was nice to get away and i have lots to catch you up on once i get some free time. this week will be super busy, as i am traveling back to baltimore tomorrow to pack up my apartment and move out and going to boston on friday. my trip to florida included catching up with my extended family at my cousin’s wedding and lots of beach time in clearwater and sarasota - the beaches there are amazing. since the weather definitely feels like summer, i’ve been living in comfortable clothing and sunglasses. you can’t go wrong with a white t-shirt and cute panama hat. i got mine a few years ago from j.crew and love it for the beach!

every time i pack, i try to find more and more ways to limit the amount of things i bring. my philosophy is the lighter, the better. i’d rather invest in a few great products and outfits than have a million options and bottles floating around. while i tend to use more products on a daily basis, i’ve learned to figure out which ones are really essential and those that can be left at home for a few days. some general things i’ve learned along the way:

hi guys! just wanted to check in with you and let you know that i graduated today (eek!) and have a wedding to attend in florida this weekend. i’ll be flying out tomorrow morning and will be back on tuesday. i’m treating this trip as a mini vacation since we’ll be there a few extra days and should be going to the beach too. my brother graciously gave me his old camera which means more personalized posts and more frequent updates as well as getting the shop up once i get back. i’m super excited, especially since i will have a lot of free time on my hands and it will keep me busy this summer. check back soon! xx
